Responsibilities
- Develop leads and nurture prospects through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and presenting suitable insurance products and services.

Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license are required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
