Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Job OverviewMario Cristo - State Farm Agency is seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team on a full-time basis. The position is based in West Covina, CA and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate leads through proactive outreach to potential and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments to understand and identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Market and promote a wide range of insurance products including property, casualty, life, and health policies.
- Establish and nurture meaningful customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets as established by the agency.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required).
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Prior sales experience is preferred, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas or goals is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers with diverse backgrounds.
