Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance licensing requirements and training programs as mandated by the agency and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license is required to perform the responsibilities of an Insurance Sales Agent.
- Life & Health insurance license is required for this role.
- Sales experience in insurance, retail, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred and highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to relate to customers and offer tailored insurance solutions.
