Responsibilities- Develop new business leads through proactive outreach and marketing efforts.
- Schedule appointments and consult with clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Present, explain, and market appropriate insurance products and services to customers.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up as needed.
- Deliver timely, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service, including responding to questions about insurance coverage, policy changes, eligibility, claims, and billing matters.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required; willingness and ability to obtain licensure in California, Arizona, and Oregon as needed.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and relate effectively to clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Base pay with commission opportunities available after a probationary period.

- Remote work may be considered for qualified candidates licensed in Arizona or Oregon; preference is given to those able to work onsite in Whittier, CA.
- Licensing fees may be reimbursed upon successful completion of a 90-day probation period, as applicable.
