Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell a variety of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies to meet client needs and agency goals.
- Meet and exceed established production goals and sales targets through proactive outreach and diligent follow-up.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, provide detailed quotes, and close new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients by responding to billing inquiries, providing guidance on claims, and assisting with policy changes.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Support overall agency growth by collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive office culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

- Life & Health insurance license is preferred but not required.
