Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads and proactively schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs through value-based conversations, recommending and marketing appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain thorough and timely activity reports for the supervising agent.
- Stay current with product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education in the insurance field.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a State Farm agency is required.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- Active Life and Health insurance license.
