This full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent position in Las Vegas, NV, is ideal for individuals with insurance industry experience who are passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. The role offers the chance to grow professionally within a supportive and goal-oriented team.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to introduce and discuss insurance products and services with clients.
- Identify customer needs through effective consultation and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed for policy management and service inquiries.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to questions regarding coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, claims processes, billing, and more.
- Consistently work to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as established by agency leadership.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health insurance license required, or willingness and ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Previous insurance sales experience is preferred; additional sales experience in retail, telemarketing, or inside/outside sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets or quotas is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening abilities and customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
