Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads by scheduling appointments, understanding customer needs, and marketing suitable insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continual communication and follow-up, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
- Engage in value-based conversations to recommend products that meet clients' evolving needs.
- Contribute to the growth of the agency by achieving sales targets and collaborating with team members to implement business strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, with a strong understanding of property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.
- Current Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license are preferred, or the ability to obtain these licenses is required.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience in a related field, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is advantageous.
