We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Agent to join our award-winning State Farm agency team. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop leads through outreach, networking, and referrals to grow the agency’s customer base in the Huntington Beach, CA area.
- Schedule appointments, conduct needs assessments, and recommend appropriate insurance products and services including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) policies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring a remarkable and personalized customer experience.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries related to product availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Consistently follow up with customers as needed to address concerns, clarify information, and offer additional support or products.
- Achieve established sales goals and quotas through effective sales techniques and continuous motivation.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required for this Insurance Sales Agent position in Huntington Beach, CA. Candidates must either hold or be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
- Previous insurance sales experience is preferred; experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is also valued.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen attentively and relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
