AnnieMac Insurance is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) to join our expanding team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting clients in Washington and participating in the growth of our agency. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C), you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional insurance solutions and client experiences. This is a full-time employment opportunity designed for professionals who are passionate about sales and customer service within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to discuss insurance needs and recommend suitable Property and Casualty products.
- Lead conversations and drive new account acquisition through effective management of provided sales opportunities and self-generated leads.
- Implement and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize success and grow the client base.
- Demonstrate proficiency with carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and AnnieMac Insurance systems and technology.
- Intake applications, produce quotes, present proposals, and close business efficiently and compliantly.
- Issue new client accounts with the respective insurance carriers and transition new business files to the Client Onboarding Team.
- Provide backup support for new client onboarding and satisfy underwriting stipulations related to new accounts.
- Assist with training and onboarding new sales consultants as needed.
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts and support account renewals and policy rewrites in collaboration with the Client Experience Team.
- Ensure high-quality service, focusing on personalized attention rather than a call center environment.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty Producer License is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the personal lines insurance market.
- Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and state insurance laws.
- Strong computer skills with a high level of comfort using technology to drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and client rapport-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated to build long-term client relationships and professional success.

Additional Information
