- Consistently work toward achieving new business sales targets by engaging with existing leads, generating new leads, and marketing appropriate insurance products.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage options.
- Maintain current and thorough knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and policy provisions through ongoing training and professional development.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and managing policy changes or renewals as needed.

- Must currently hold a valid Property & Casualty license or a Life & Health license.
