Responsibilities- Develop new business leads by initiating value-based conversations with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultative meetings to assess customer insurance requirements.
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Follow up with customers as needed to maintain high service standards and address any policy-related questions.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Sales experience in areas such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to relate effectively to customers.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license if not already licensed.
