Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads through proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and identifying individual customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up to address any concerns or questions.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, policy transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize value-based conversations to educate clients about their options, helping them make informed decisions that protect their assets and families.
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed established sales goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, including roles such as outside sales representative, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing agent.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with a proven ability to convey information clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to relate well to customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required, or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is required, or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
