Jim Lacey - State Farm Agency is seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Develop and identify leads by reaching out to prospective clients and scheduling appointments to discuss their insurance needs.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to recommend suitable insurance products and services, including auto, home, life, and health insurance policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, follow-ups, and timely responses to inquiries.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to questions about policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals and meet or exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health insurance license is required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, including roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is highly valued.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to establish rapport and effectively relate to a diverse customer base.
