Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Remote, Full-time) Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and licensed insurance sales agent (Property & Casualty, P&C) to join a successful State Farm agent's team in a remote, full-time capacity. This position is an excellent opportunity for those with recent State Farm experience who are committed to delivering a remarkable customer experience and engaging in value-based conversations, especially with a focus on life insurance sales. As a licensed insurance sales agent, you will leverage your knowledge of the State Farm Agency model and your operational acumen to help our business grow while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about a variety of insurance options, with an emphasis on life insurance policies.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and identify new service opportunities.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience working with a State Farm agency (required).
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required).
- Life and Health insurance license, or ability to obtain one (required).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal, written, and listening), and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated people-oriented attitude and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, attention to detail, and pride in accuracy and timeliness.
- Comfortable learning and using computer functions relevant to insurance sales and customer management.
