Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our award-winning team in Richboro, PA. As a key member of our office, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our established insurance agency. This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry, providing valuable services to new and existing clients while working alongside a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Market and sell appropriate insurance products and services to individuals and families, ensuring value-based customer interactions.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to address questions or concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive office environment.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Active Life & Health insurance license.
- Previous experience in insurance sales is required.
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and effectively relate to customers.
- Ability to commute to the office in Richboro, PA and work in an in-office environment.
- Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.
