Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the supervising agent to set and achieve sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications
- Prior sales experience, including roles in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
