We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) for a full-time position with a State Farm independent contractor agent's office in Zumbrota, MN. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads through proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and consulting with clients to determine their individual insurance needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they are informed of available options.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to provide ongoing support and address any questions or concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and uphold a high standard of service for all customers in the Zumbrota, MN area.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required for this Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) position.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is highly valued.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to relate effectively to a diverse customer base.
