Responsibilities
- Develop accurate insurance quotes for prospective and existing clients, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations to effectively communicate insurance options and help clients make informed decisions.
- Close sales by guiding clients through the process and addressing any questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, following up as needed to provide continuous support and address evolving insurance needs.
- Build and nurture ongoing networking relationships within the community to expand the agency’s reach and business opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a focus on achieving daily and long-term success.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities for both new and existing clients, contributing to the agency’s growth.
Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License required; willingness to obtain Life & Health License is necessary.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in the workplace.
- Ability to work both in the office and within the local community as needed.
- Comfortable handling service work and administrative tasks to support clients and team members.
