Insurance Account Manager Position OverviewChris Bogue - State Farm Agency is seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Account Manager for a full-time opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales and service activities relating to insurance products, working directly with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage leads by scheduling appointments, identifying client needs, and marketing suitable insurance products and services as an Insurance Account Manager in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, conducting timely follow-ups to address ongoing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for both new and existing insurance accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and contribute positively to the agency’s reputation in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area.
- Stay current with industry trends and State Farm offerings to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and optimal policy recommendations.
- Possess or be able to obtain a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license, 2-20 General Lines license, or 20-44 license.
- Obtain a State of Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License within 6-12 months of hire.
- Preferred: Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, especially in an insurance account management or related insurance sales role.
- Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to diverse customers in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
