Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, conducting timely follow-ups to address ongoing needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Possess or be able to obtain a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license, 2-20 General Lines license, or 20-44 license.
- Obtain a State of Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License within 6-12 months of hire.
- Preferred: Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, especially in an insurance account management or related insurance sales role.
- Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to diverse customers in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
