Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads while actively scheduling appointments with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify individual customer needs and market appropriate insurance products including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies.
- Establish, maintain, and follow up on customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications.
- Support the agency's growth by engaging in value-driven conversations that highlight the benefits of coverage options to clients.
- Previous insurance sales experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Candidates must be able to obtain these licenses if not already held.
- Demonstrated sales success, including experience as an inside or outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or in telemarketing, is an asset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and relate effectively to diverse customer needs.
- Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.
