Key Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to client inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to thoroughly educate clients about various insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to daily success and client satisfaction.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to keep the team informed and organized.
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing continuing education in the insurance field.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective written, verbal, and listening communication.
