We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) for a full-time role in Denver, CO. Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service in both English and Spanish.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Support sales initiatives by developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to success each day, ensuring a remarkable customer experience with every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and maintain a high standard of service quality.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required to be considered for this position.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages across written, verbal, and listening contexts.
- Insurance sales experience is preferred, including experience with Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance (L&H) licenses.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to relate effectively to diverse customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health (L&H) insurance license if not already held.
