Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life and Health) Position Overview
The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting an independent State Farm agent's office. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who hold active Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life and Health insurance licenses, and who are motivated to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic insurance environment. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by conducting follow-ups and check-ins as needed to ensure satisfaction and address evolving needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, policy transfers, claims processing, and billing questions.
- Educate clients on available insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process, ensuring clients are informed and confident in their coverage choices.
- Consistently uphold a strong work ethic with dedication to achieving daily and long-term success for both the agency and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and contribute to a positive, productive office environment.
- Generate timely and comprehensive activity reports to the agent, supporting data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.

- Organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
