We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (Property & Casualty) to join an established insurance agency. This full-time or part-time position offers an opportunity to work directly with a respected State Farm independent contractor agent, providing exceptional support to clients through value-driven service and expert insurance guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring regular communication and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries related to insurance options, policy changes, billing, claims, eligibility, and coverage details.
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based approach to review and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and a commitment to daily success and accuracy.
- Stay current on product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and necessary continuing education.
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to the agent and support overall team objectives.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health license preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with State Farm or other insurance agencies is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer functions and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer service-oriented.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities.
