Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, billing clarification, and more.
- Conduct needs-based reviews with customers, providing education on available insurance options and helping them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding questions or concerns.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly within an insurance or related financial services environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are required for success in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to relate effectively to customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- A valid Property & Casualty insurance license (4-40 or 2-20) is required, or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
