We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team at a leading State Farm agency. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and contributing to the agency's continued growth and success. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Engage in value-based conversations with customers to promote agency products and services, supporting business growth.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a remarkable customer experience.

Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales, with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred
- Previous sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively relate to customers
- Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain)
- Life & Health license required (or ability to obtain)
