Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to insurance clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance regarding policies and coverage options.

- Support the sales process by educating clients on available insurance products, including Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health policies.
- Assist clients through the claims process and ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agency.
- Leverage digital platforms and virtual tools to interact with clients and manage accounts efficiently.
- Participate in mentorship and training sessions as part of the agency’s development program, learning from experienced insurance agents and industry leaders.
- Engage in community activities to build your professional network and represent the agency’s values.
- Utilize business development strategies to identify new opportunities for client engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or management is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve personal and professional milestones.
- Ability to adapt to changes, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated digital literacy and a professional virtual presence.
- Active Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain these credentials before starting the position.
