We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-office role. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls promptly and courteously, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Take detailed messages and either resolve client concerns directly or assign tasks to the appropriate team members for further action.
- Process policy changes and updates using proprietary web-based software, maintaining accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collect and verify customer information to support the sales team in providing accurate insurance quotes.
- Conduct annual policy reviews with clients, clearly explaining coverage options and recommending updates as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and bundling insurance products to maximize value for existing clients.
- Handle policy endorsement requests and facilitate customer claims, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
- Address billing inquiries, accept payments, and assist customers with any account-related questions.
- Consistently strive to exceed client expectations, contributing to the agency’s reputation for high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred; candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment, with company-sponsored training and exam fees.
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license within 60 days of employment, if not already held.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable in a fast-paced environment.
