Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all clients.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
- Educate clients about insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process, ensuring they understand available products and services.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding questions or concerns.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the insurance agent, keeping all stakeholders informed of ongoing client interactions.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing updates, technical developments, and participate in continuing education as required by the agency and regulatory bodies.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Active Life and Health insurance license is required.
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn agency-specific software systems.
