- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a consultative approach to review customer needs and educate clients on appropriate insurance options, fostering informed decision-making.
- Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating a consistent commitment to personal and team success.
- Support the insurance agent by providing timely and thorough activity reports, helping to monitor progress toward office goals.

Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
