Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads by engaging potential clients, scheduling appointments, and identifying their insurance needs.

- Collaborate with the agent and team to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure a remarkable customer experience and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Prior experience in sales, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- P&C (Property & Casualty) 440 license is strongly preferred for this role.
