Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up and support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a customer-focused and needs-based approach to review and educate clients on various insurance options that align with their unique requirements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to daily success by maintaining a strong work ethic and a solutions-oriented mindset in all interactions.
- Generate and provide timely, detailed activity reports to the agent, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education relevant to the insurance field.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach and the ability to build rapport.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Organizational proficiency and strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
