Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing attentive and proactive service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing concerns.
• Support customers through a needs-based review process, educating them about available insurance solutions and helping them make informed decisions.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing service needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license is required.
• Active Life and Health license is strongly preferred.
• Proven sales experience, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment.
• Ability to effectively relate to customers and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to commute to the Coon Rapids, MN office as needed.
