Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Promptly respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based approach
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all service interactions, ensuring a remarkable customer experience
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving agency goals
- Provide timely, comprehensive activity reports to the agent for effective operations
- Stay current on product changes, licensing updates, and continuing education requirements
