Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries.
- Utilize your active Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses, to provide expert guidance and support.
- Engage with customers using a value-based, needs-focused approach to help them understand coverage options and make informed decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Respond efficiently to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, billing, and other client needs.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a tailored process to match products and services to their unique situations.
- Maintain detailed and thorough activity reports for management and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Stay current on product updates, industry technical developments, licensing requirements, and continuing education.

- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required).
