Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries in a busy insurance agency environment.
- Utilize your insurance licensing and product knowledge to support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and responsive service.
- Address customer inquiries related to insurance product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based review process.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a strong work ethic daily.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the supervising agent.
- Stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (must be secured if not already held).
