Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Engage with clients to address their insurance needs and provide exceptional service.
- Utilize your Property and Casualty license, as well as Life and Health license, to deliver comprehensive insurance advice.
- Work in a collaborative, in-office environment, supporting both individual and business insurance clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up and proactive communication.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
- Prepare insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales opportunities.
- Foster ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s client base.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving agency goals each day.
- Generate timely and thorough activity reports for agency leadership.
- Stay up to date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and industry trends through continuing education.

- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
