Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing follow-up and support as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and guide them to make well-informed decisions about their coverage.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to achieving personal and team goals on a daily basis.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying customer needs, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required for consideration).
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license if not already held.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
