Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by proactively following up with policyholders and addressing their evolving insurance needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Utilize a customer-focused and needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance options and help them understand policy features.

- Active Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory for consideration.
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license if not already licensed.
