- Assist clients with claim submissions, policy transfers, and billing clarifications
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to the agency team
- Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Valid Life and Health insurance license (required)
