Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with care.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance product availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction with the agency's services.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success, consistently striving for high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and activities, reporting as required to the agent or agency manager.
- Stay up to date on product changes, industry developments, and continuing education requirements relevant to the insurance field.
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Dedication to providing high-quality customer service at all times.
