Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly support for a range of insurance products.
- Utilize your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to deliver guidance on coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Support agency growth and retention through value-driven conversations and exceptional service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage specifics, policy amendments, transfers, claims processing, and billing matters.
- Educate clients using a needs-based review process to help them understand insurance options and make informed decisions.

- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
