We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join an established and successful insurance agency team. This position is ideal for a motivated and energetic professional with an active Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license. The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in supporting agency operations by providing outstanding customer service, building lasting client relationships, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance products, policy changes, coverage options, billing questions, claim submissions, and other service-related issues.
- Conduct needs-based reviews with clients to educate them on available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions to protect themselves and their assets.
- Follow up with clients as required to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns or questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving agency goals and delivering a remarkable customer experience every day.
- Provide timely and thorough reports and updates to the agency agent, supporting agency operations and client management activities.
- Stay up to date with product changes, industry developments, and continuing education to ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life and Health license (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members in written, verbal, and listening formats.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and complete work accurately and on time.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve agency objectives.
- Aptitude for learning new computer systems and agency technology tools to support daily operations.
