Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up and ongoing support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction with insurance products and services.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, policy transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options, assisting them in selecting appropriate coverages for their needs.
- Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success every day, representing the agency with professionalism and integrity.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are accurately documented.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to deliver the highest quality service to customers.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to be people-oriented, with a strong dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
- Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Ability to learn and effectively use computer functions and agency management systems.
