Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, addressing insurance inquiries and guiding them through policy options.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage for property, casualty, life, accident, and health insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and networking.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and independently to achieve sales and service targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
- Utilize digital tools and maintain a virtual presence to connect with prospective and current clients.
- Demonstrate business acumen by understanding market trends and adapting strategies to meet customer needs.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or management is preferred.
