The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital member of an insurance agency team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting clients with their insurance needs. This full-time position requires an active Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers, address their questions, and provide guidance on insurance products, policy changes, and claims. You will also contribute to the agency's growth by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring each customer has a positive experience. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based consultative approach to educate clients about relevant insurance options that best fit their unique circumstances.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to agency goals and customer satisfaction every day.
- Stay current on industry product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and care, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience for all clients.
- Prepare and submit thorough activity reports to the agency owner, reflecting completed tasks and ongoing follow-ups.
- Contribute actively to the agency’s growth initiatives through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities during client interactions.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new clients and assist in the renewal of existing policies, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life & Health license (required).
