Key Responsibilities

- Assist with policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, and ongoing technical and professional development.
- Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing computer functions and agency management systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Consistent pride in work accuracy and timeliness.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
