We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis in Hamlin, PA. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a current Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health insurance license. As a member of our insurance team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the growth and retention of our client base. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options tailored to their individual needs.
- Uphold a high standard of work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to success on a daily basis.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through on all customer interactions.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to maintain licensure and expertise in the insurance industry.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and able to learn new software functions quickly.
