Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid role provides a dynamic work environment, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with accuracy and care.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Educate clients on available property and casualty insurance options through a needs-based review process, helping them make informed decisions.
- Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service, both in-person and remotely, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving team and individual success on a daily basis.
- Prepare and provide thorough and timely activity reports to the agent, supporting office operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education relevant to the insurance industry.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license if not already held.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build rapport.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning and using computer functions relevant to insurance operations.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid work arrangement: In-office presence required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; remote work from home on Monday and Friday.
